Today, we’re highlighting U.S. government work with the Cambodian Ministry of Health to fight TB. An estimated 10 million people fall ill with tuberculosis (TB) each year. Three million of these cases are not detected, diagnosed, or reported. U.S. support helps Cambodia find and treat these missing cases to help end TB — methods that now help regional medical providers find and track cases of COVID-19.
